How long does shipping take?
We offer UK delivery in 4–6 working days, with free shipping over £30.
Can I return my order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days. A £2 return fee applies and is deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are packed and shipped from our London studio.
What’s in a blind box?
Each blind box includes 6 surprise outfits. All items are final sale — no duplicates in a single box.
Will the outfits fit all Labubu sizes?
Our outfits are designed for standard Labubu figures.
